illness at the time of her death recommended that she should perform 'Umrah
from her money that she leaves. After a period of time she died, knowing that
she was not married and did not perform Hajj before. In this case, does he
intend to do 'umrah for the deceased from his country? Can he perform Hajj for

ANSWER: Praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon the
Messenger of Allah, and on his family and companions, but after:
If you have not fulfilled the conditions of Hajj and Umrah
during the course of her life, it is obligatory to fulfill her will only by
one-third, if only by one-third, if it is more than one-third. It is presented
in Fatwa No. 51540 .
If the person who died after Hajj and 'Umrah is obliged to
do so, his heirs must pay the reward of Hajj and' Umrah from his wealth on his
behalf, and if he is not obliged to perform Hajj and Umrah, As stated in Fatwa
No. 28126 .
The Prophet ( peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
said: "Tell us, Hammad ibn Salamah." The Hajj is obligatory, and he
said: He should pay zakaah on him for all the money, and zakaah is like that .
Ah.
Shaykh Ibn Baaz ( may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
Whoever is able to do Hajj in his own body and money, this is a must for his
heirs to get out of his wealth for someone who is Hajj for him, because he did
not perform the obligatory prayer, and he can perform it even if he does not
recommend it . Ah, with a simple attitude.
The Standing Committee has been asked a question that its
owner says: A man died and did not perform the Hajj and recommended that he
make Hajj out of his wealth and ask him about the validity of the argument ...?
They replied: If a Muslim dies and does not perform the Hajj, and he completes
the conditions of his obligation, he must make Hajj for him from his money that
he left behind, whether he recommends it or does not recommend it. Imposing him
... uh.
There is nothing wrong with assigning one person to Hajj and
'Umrah, but it is obligatory for someone who performs Hajj or Umrah to perform
the same acts by what he will do about them, according to what was narrated by
Abu Dawood and Ibn Maajah. It was classed as saheeh by Ibn Hibbaan from the
hadeeth of Ibn' Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) The Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard a man say to Baik about Shibramah, he
said: Who is Shibrama? A brother told me or a relative of mine, and he said: I
argued about yourself? He said no, he said: Hajj about yourself, then about
Shibrama .
As for the place where a Muslim is forbidden to perform Hajj
or 'Umrah, see the fatwas number 32139 and 10014 .
There is no objection that the MP may perform himself after
performing the Hajj or Umrah for the deceased woman, and then he may go to
al-Tanim or to any place of the solution to deprive him of himself.
God knows.
